OrbitTech Standard Email Service will soon be discontinued. As you may have experienced over the last few months there have been intermittent problems with our standard email service due to circumstances beyond our control. As we are committed to providing the best experience possible we have taken the decision to discontinue this service. OrbitTech will now only offer a Premium Business Email service – if you wish to move to this service we will provide migration free of charge. Why are you discontinuing this service?

How do I move to your Premium Business Email?

If you wish to move to our Premium Email Service please let us know before 15/04/17 and we can migrate your existing mail for free. Please contact us here

How long will it take to move to Premium Business Email?

Moving to the Premium service can take up to 24 hours – however this process is normally within hours depending on your DNS provider. We can book you in a timescale that suits you.

What happens if I do nothing?

If we do not hear from you, your email account will automatically be deleted along with any mailbox contents by 31/05/17. Your monthly fee will change to reflect this.
